We are able to give you a listing of clean jobs as per clean service. List of jobs to be completed per clean are available on request via our email system

With us we can help ease your mind knowing we operate and maintain a flexible cleaning and linen service to keep your Holiday house up to industry standards giving your guests the most enjoyable environment possible. With us we will personally check your place after each let and report any and all problems damages directly to the client. We can also help you the client to conform to/with all local shire requirements and registry. We also provide reports for conformity to your local shire when requested

We utilize the best platform & Plugins utilised in our professional website that monitor your bookings & cross-reference with NCMS booking calendar so double booking can be eliminated and maximum occupancy achieved. We also encourage phone and or email contact when needed.

Airbnb and Home & away accommodation web booking sites are experiencing a huge growth, in the country areas we service. Nessy’s cleaning services has been regularly cleaning both Airbnb and H&A holiday houses cleaning for a number of clients for over 6 years now and pride ourselves on performing to the best of our standards and ability’s.

We are able to carry out all aspects of turnaround cleaning, such as:

General cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping we offer Eco-friendly products on all of our leans, Stripping and making beds. Depending on specific client requirements, we can also wash and return laundry. Replenish complementary toiletries, toilet paper, kitchen supplies when requested we can clean all windows inside and out, Carpet/wood/tile cleaning and spot stain cleans using our state of the art Eco- pet friendly cleaning machines.

Sometimes we do not have a fixed pricing for certain cleans, as every property and client has different requirements. However we do offer free quotes when arranged.

We have detailed discussions with each client to make sure we understand EXACTLY what they want and the job is then priced accordingly to suit.

Note: We ONLY do Premium work, so we don’t price match with cheaper, lower quality cleaners.

Depending on which booking system you use; once we have a confirmed service clean, we then assign it to staff that have been specifically trained to do these cleans. We can notify you once the clean has been completed and the property is available for the next bookings.

Whilst we are aware that things can change at short notice regarding your booking dates and times, because our staff are already engaged in scheduled cleans, last minute changes made to the cleaning date/time is not always possible.

Therefore, we ask you please give us as much notice as possible to allow rescheduling where possible.
